Returning a Product Purchased from
Within 15 days of purchase, The Corkscrew Store will accept the return of any un-inprinted or presonalized product purchased directly from The Corkscrew Store for a 20% restocking fee. Products purchased from sources other than The Corkscrew Store (e.g., local resellers, mail order) must be returned to the source from which they were purchased and are subject to the return policies of that source.

Note: Online Service Subscriptions are non-refundable. Custom printed, engraved, stamped or other marked or personalized items are not returnable or non-refundable.

Product Returns
To return a product purchased from The Corkscrew Store within the last 15 days:

1. Email us and provide the order representative with the following information:
- the order number (on the upper right of the yellow packing list, if available) 
- your name 
- the product(s) you are returning
- the serial number(s), if applicable
- the reason for the return 

2. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address. Include the RMA number in the address as follows:

Attn: RMA # XXXXXX

Note: Without the RMA number & FEDX Tracking number, the package will be refused.

3. To ensure delivery, ship the package using FEDX it is the only method we can accept and they have a reliable tracking system The Corkscrew Store is not responsible for products lost during return shipments.

Product Refunds
After The Corkscrew Store receives the return, the refund process takes four to six weeks. You will be refunded by the same method as your payment. For example, if you paid by credit card, The Corkscrew Store will credit the same credit card account; if you ordered by purchase order, and were invoiced, The Corkscrew Store will credit your account. (If you have already paid the invoice and have no outstanding balance, The Corkscrew Store will send you a refund check). 

Shipping charges are not refunded unless the reason for the return is an error on The Corkscrew Store's behalf.

Product Exchanges
You can exchange your product for another by following the same procedure stated above. Tell the representative which product you would like to receive in exchange. In most cases, The Corkscrew Store will issue a refund for your return and send out your desired product by collecting another payment on a new order.
