Overruns and Underruns: We make every effort to ship the exact quantity ordered, however we reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the amount of the order.

Exchange/ Refund Policy

For a prompt exchange or refund, hang on to your invoice. If you do not have a copy of your invoice you will need to call and get a Return Authorization Number.

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products. Any products proven defective in materials or workmanship may be exchanged or returned for a full refund. Custom imprinted goods cannot be returned, unless the imprinting error is ours or the product is defective. It is suggested that unless you are familiar with the merchandise to be imprinted that you order a actural printed sample or a sample of an unprinted item for your inspection. No return merchandise will be accepted without our permission and a return authorization number. Furthermore, all returned items must be in new condition, with its original packaging and any accessories for a full refund. You have 15 days from receiving your merchandise to return it and 20% re-stocking fee is charged for all non-defective items returned. We do not refund any shipping charges.

You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address. Include the RMA number in the address as follows:

Shipping Information

All U.S. shipping is done via FedX, UPS or U.S. Priority Mail.  If you select Standard Domestic Ground Shipping, your shipping time will be 7 to 10 business days, depending on where you are located.

All express orders are shipped via Federal Express for best trackability. International orders ship Federal Express International only.

Backorder Policy

Your order will be processed and shipped minus any back orders.  You will be notified via email when back orders are to be shipped.
